I'm Lisa Conradi

I’m a Clinical Psychologist and trauma expert based in San Diego, CA, with more than 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations through change, challenge, and healing.

As the leader of one of the largest children’s advocacy and trauma treatment centers in the country—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic—I witnessed firsthand how collective trauma reshapes how we work, connect, and show up in every part of our lives. That experience solidified what I now know deeply to be true: we cannot create meaningful, sustainable change without addressing the emotional and relational toll of the systems we’re navigating.

Our society is facing ongoing grief, burnout, polarization, and moral distress. And yet—there are still ways to lead and live with intention, care, and courage. That’s where my work comes in.

I founded Trauma-Informed Innovations Group to support people and organizations in doing just that. Through coaching, consulting, training, and professional speaking, I help clients:
